PARTICULARS: Tours are scheduled to coincide with full &
new moon phases as the fishing is fully dependent upon tidal movement. We
camp on the beach, or clients can drive the 22 miles from Rocky Point for
the day. 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended. Typically, a day consists of
fishing the incoming tide in the morning, a lunch break, and fishing the
outgoing tide until sunset. It is suggested that anglers use tackle provided
(except fly tackle) at no charge, except for loss and damage, as it has been
application matched through many years of experience to provide the greatest
degree of performance and enjoyment. Trips to Bird Island are a full day and
are subject to weather conditions. Early return from the island can include
fishing the outgoing tide in the estuary until sunset. Included in tour
prices are cleaning, preserving, and cooking your catch, dolphin, sea lion,
& whale watching, shell and sand dollar collecting as desired. Clients
furnish their own food (except fish), water, camping & sleeping supplies,
etc. Children, spouses, & pets are welcome. The beach is secure and overseen
by a native resident.
PRICES: Estuary/Inshore - $275/day, $150/half day beyond
full day minimum. Bird Island - $300/day. Full payment is due prior to
trips. Trips subject to filling daily schedules & weather.
Weather contingency: Full refund less $25/day not fished due to weather.
